6. Stripe & Payments

All subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you click a subscription button on our site, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page.

Important: Kuraga never sees, stores, or processes your card number, CVV, or full payment details. This information is handled entirely by Stripe.

Kuraga does retain your email address and subscription status to manage your account and billing history.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

  • Active customers: for the duration of your subscription plus 2 years
  • Audit enquiries (non-customers): up to 12 months
  • Billing records: 7 years (required by Maltese tax law)

After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
